"The VBAC Doula" for the Charlotte Area
Each year, as a project for ICAN (International Cesarean Awareness Network), I gather and analyze
birth and intervention data for every hospital in North Carolina. Going forward, my goal is to gather
this information for every U.S. State.
To the right, you will find the 2009 cesarean rates for each of our Charlotte area hospitals. If you
would like additional information about our local hospitals, you can click here to join the ICAN of
Charlotte yahoo group, where you will find the entire packet of information in the documents link. The
packet includes data as far back as 2005.
